I'm a chatter box and spark conversations with everyone there. Today I went in to have my old car looked at for basic service and I never imaged I would be driving away with a new car and it just happened to be the day before my birthday to top it off! While waiting for my car to come out, I met Maribel "La Chilena" and decided to kill some time with friendly conversation and test drive for the new 2015 Toyota Camry. Its an awesome car! I'm a sporty guy and I mentioned to her I had a 2012 Scion tC and after a brief conversation about what I liked in a car and how I wanted a car to express my style, I ended up deciding to trade in my older gently used 2012 Scion tC for a new 2015 Scion tC as a gift to myself for my Birthday! Thanks for being so awesome and so patient with my hundreds of questions! It's everything I was looking for! You're awesome! If you're looking into getting a new ride, ask for Maribel! You won't regret it! More

We are often weary of dealerships because of the pressure that is often put on the customers but we did not feel like that at all with Maribel, nor Rick, who later came to help find the best payment arrangement for us. It was getting late into the night and we were the only customers there but not once did we feel pressured to hurry up with a decision so that they could end their night..we left at 11:30pm! We were so happy to have the same great experience that we remember having 9 years before when we bought our first new car at another Toyota dealership! Maribel was so warm and catering to our needs that it felt as if we had known her for years! I highly recommend buying, not only a Toyota Sienna but getting it at Avondale Toyota Scion! More

Like Being With Family. I am a first time buyer. I went in with a mentality, "what could i possibly qualify for," expected the least for me to even walk out with my own pair I am a first time buyer. Not only was she helpful and informative in every which way, but a bilingual service at that, which made me feel like family. Felt i was being taken care of and everything possible was going to be tried to allow me to walk out with my very own car. Everything went well from paperwork to trying out my ride and making sure it was something for me. Very smooth process. Not very time consuming, which we can all agree that's what we all dread about going to car dealerships. I would recommend Avondale Toyota and Ms Maribel Johnson to anyone! Maribel was extremely helpful! And Patient Maribel, was so fantastic! She gave my father and I just enough time to look at vehicles and then stepped in to give all that essential info. We had left dealers the previous day because the sales people were pushy and followed us around and I like to be left alone and look around myself. Maribel let us know she was there for us in whatever way we needed but she allowed us to freely walk around on our own and was always within walking distance to ask her a question. No muss, no fuss, she was a perfect fit for us because we will leave if the sales person doesn't give us space and is pushy, Maribel was PERFECT in every way. we left that night letting her know we would contact her after we discussed our options, and there was no pressure. Please, if you are going here, request Maribel, you will not regret it! :))) And I am NEVER happy with any salesperson, EVER!!!!!! She made everything quick, the entire paperwork process was done in a breeze , and we walked away with a new car and a smile on our faces:) More
