After a great deal of research and deciding on a fair price, I contacted many dealers in the Tampa Bay Area. Despite my after hours email Zack Fier Sales manager immediately responded and later reached o price, I contacted many dealers in the Tampa Bay Area. Despite my after hours email Zack Fier Sales manager immediately responded and later reached out to me. I picked Brand specialist Norman Johnston based on his impeccable Dealer Rater reviews and realized it was well deserved. Without any haggling or strong arming my fair offer was accepted.We drove e 100 miles to Naples to visit this lovely dealership. Very warm and friendly vibe at dealership. Greeted and within minutes I was test driving with Norman, no pressure and he took his time. Upon return he quickly got all paperwork done, contacted my Insurance company to get new car on policy. Zach the Sales manager also stopped by to introduce himself and thank us for our business. Very warm and friendly unlike all past car buying experiences. They gave me an itemized bill with all options to match my out of door pricing and no bogus add ons compared to other dealers in Florida. Final line item charge was few $$ less that my projections. They corrected me about taxes and plate transfer being a few $$ lesser than my numbers. Very refreshing and classy. I was sent to Marianne the F&I manager to handle the payment. Very friendly and great communicator, took her time and did not treat this like a job she had to do but a job she liked to do. She thoroughly explained all add ons and was very clear on the merits of each. No pressure at all and when I politely declined all options there was no battle unlike other dealerships. She stated If I changed my mind to contact her or my local Acura dealer. After the deal was completed. We returned to Norman and he took me to the new RDX and spent a great deal of time patiently explaining all the working of the electronics in the car. He suggested some of his favorite hacks to get things to work better. We were in and out in less than 2 hours for all the above. I left without the usual bitterness after visit a dealership knowing I was given a fair deal and treated very well. I cannot recommend Naples Acura enough. Norman Johnston is such a valuable asset to his dealership. His patience, calm demeanor and thoroughness with many many years experience of car sales helped remove any anxiety and it was well worth the 100 mile one way drive Final analysis Communication 10/10 Honesty and transparency 10/10 Friendliness and warmth 10/10 Lack of pressure/hustling 10/10 More
