My experience was horrible from the start until the end. They were NOT willing to negotiate on price, instead were trying to sell me on different packages to add on to the price. At the time of signing I was told they would have to charge me $28 just to send the car title to my credit union! A couple days later got a phone call stating because I'm in NJ I needed to provide me social security number in order to proceed with my registration. Why not ask rhis before I left, as I'm sure they've sold cars to NJ residents before. When I went to pick up my plates NO ONE even offered to put them on the car. The ONLY person who was helpful was Reggie. I will NEVER buy another car from here or recommend anyone to patronize this place. More

Maria, Malcom, Tom and all the employees at Conicelli are amazing. The process was quick/painless. We talked on the phone and I sent in my info and they asked me what I wanted and I told them, Went in Fri amazing. The process was quick/painless. We talked on the phone and I sent in my info and they asked me what I wanted and I told them, Went in Friday evening after work and left in a few hours with my beautiful car. when I got to the dealership, they had my car waiting outside, took my test drive with Maria and then we went inside to sign papers. Another PHENOMENAL experience at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield due to three (3) very Special Employees (Maria Garnet, John Bubas & Rob Whiteside). Each individual greeted me with a warm smile. I wish that I'd gotten the young lady who welcomed me into the establishment and contacted Maria, as she was a breath of fresh air with her welcome. Mr. John Bubas was so kind to order my requested car part and both he and Maria followed through perfectly. Mr. Rob Whiteside took the time to place the part PERFECTLY. He gave me some GREAT advice and suggestions for maintaining the look of my vehicle, which I am so very thankful for. All parties were very professional, caring and wonderful individuals.
