Roland was very patient and had (or got) answers for all our questions. He made himself available and encouraged us to come back with more questions after "trying out" the car for a while. He also was very kind and concerned when he found out the car had to come back for minor repair. He did impart one piece of important information that I later found to not be entirely accurate, which kind of bothered me, but we love the car he sold us. :) More

Fred was amazing and so patient explaining every detail and answering all our questions. My daughter purchased her first car and I leased a new car on the same day and Fred was so patient explaining every and answering all our questions. Also, their Service Department is one of the best. I have tried going to other Honda dealers, and they are terrible.
