On Friday we decided today was the day, we had 10 different used jeeps to look at and all of them were great but still weren’t it. Upon pulling into crowne of Cleveland Chase approached us and it was all over at that time! He was the most patient, sweetest straight foward guy out there! He was just perfect and he did EVERYTHING in his power to get me every aspect in the Jeep that I wanted. Not only did we purchase a brand new one BUT the Jeep was in Chattanooga and had to be brought to us after closing. Even though he missed his dinner date with his girlfriend we appreciated everything! We can’t thank you enough, Chase! You are certainly in the right field of work!! More

Takes care of her customers. My first jeep had some serious issues from the factory and had to be replaced by Jeep. This was a long process having to go through several levels (corporate) Kat was extremely diligent in her dealings with corporate to have the problem resolved and my vehicle replaced. Kat was extremely patient with me as well as customer service and corporate. I have had very few problems with my current vehicle , but the ones I have had she made sure they were done, done right and done in a timely manner. Kat is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, attentive to detail, and a pleasure to deal with. Kat reflects very positively on Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ! Travis Rigdon has done almost all work on both of my Jeeps including installing the lift kit. Travis is very knowledgeable, extremely capable,and treats my vehicle as if it were his own. I am very confident in his work and feel Crown is lucky to have an employee of his caliber. More

Service Repairs I am a car guy and I'm really picky with my vehicles. I have not had much pleasure in taking my vehicles in for service due to getting dings or scratc I am a car guy and I'm really picky with my vehicles. I have not had much pleasure in taking my vehicles in for service due to getting dings or scratches on them while at the Dodge dealerships. Recently I had to take my Challenger in for a noise that needed to be checked out. I called and spoke with Trish after being referred by a friend. She assured me that they could handle the repairs and would take good care of my car. The appointment was made and parts had to be ordered so I picked it up and everything looked fine. I brought it back in a few days after, when parts arrived and it was back on the road in a reasonable time and best of all, it was just as I had left it. They took care of me and my car! No stress from getting scratches or dings in my car. I will be happily going there for service/repairs from now on. Thank you all for the service! More

Battery problems on 2013 Jeep I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler that just went out of warranty and my battery went bad, I took it to Crown and told them my problem and how I felt and th I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler that just went out of warranty and my battery went bad, I took it to Crown and told them my problem and how I felt and they replaced my battery free of charge. I've had previous issues with this dealer but after how I was treated at this visit I will be using them for all of my service needs. Thank you Jeff Milsaps and the Crown service department. And thank you for providing my daughter with the best popcorn around. :) More
