I received a recall notice, and was told by my LOCAL dealer that they could only put me on a Wait List. (3-4 Month wait). But, Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Ram was able to get me in the same day, 3 dealer that they could only put me on a Wait List. (3-4 Month wait). But, Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Ram was able to get me in the same day, 3 hours later for an appointment. I was willing to drive the extra distance to get my vehicle serviced. No proactive communication. Every time we called, never seem to remember who we were. Had to call back multiple times after leaving a message because Marcous never called us bac Every time we called, never seem to remember who we were. Marcous was not around, other service manager couldn't locate car for over 20 minutes. Didn't even have it clean and washed. No one even walked us through what had been fixed.
