I was pleased that the dealership had the vehicle that we wanted and the vehicle's color was exactly what we wanted. The salesperson was patient and polite. However, I was not so impressed with the manager o wanted and the vehicle's color was exactly what we wanted. The salesperson was patient and polite. However, I was not so impressed with the manager or the finance department. Both tried to change the agreement price at time of purchase and initially told me that they would not sell to me at the price agreed upon. I sent an email insisting that they honor the offer price. I got a call from the salesperson indicating that he had spoken with another manager and would honor the price. More

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Aa’Kira was a great active listener, she found what I wanted instead of throwing other vehicles in the mix.
