Terrible experience. The Napleton Care package is a scam. It is also compulsory. Sales and Finance informed me that Key replacement is included for lost, stolen, or damaged key fobs. This message did not flow to the service department. I have made 2 appointments and three trips to service to be told I'd have to pay for the lost key. Ridiculous at best. Sales, and Sales managers NEVER return you calls at this location. STAY AWAY More

This was a new purchase. Marcos was my salesman. After reaching out to them, proposing a buy or lease with a trade in, NO ONE has responded. The lead sales manager, Steve says if you don’t buy a car from reaching out to them, proposing a buy or lease with a trade in, NO ONE has responded. The lead sales manager, Steve says if you don’t buy a car from me text or email me. Both done! No response. I have visited the dealership twice. Pathetic customer service. If they don’t want to deal just say it! Disgraceful. More

I am very very disappointed in the lack of service we have received at this dealership after purchasing a previously owned vehicle at this dealership. No one will even return any of my calls. The motto “ have received at this dealership after purchasing a previously owned vehicle at this dealership. No one will even return any of my calls. The motto “the customer comes first” is a joke with this dealership. Cannot emphasize enough my lack of satisfaction with this dealership in general and our sales person Marcos Rodriguez in particular. We were sent our without a second key, no owner’s manual, and tire locks without a tire key and told “give me a call on Monday, and I’ll help figure it out.” Cannot even get anyone to talk with me on the phone. The emergency service line goes to a number out of service. Once you are out of the door, they couldn’t care less about you. Messages go unanswered even when very clear it’s a dissatisfied customer. Go elsewhere!!!!! More
