These people are absolute CROOKS. I took my car in to get serviced and received a loaner. A week after I returned the loaner and got my car back, I received a credit card charge for $ I took my car in to get serviced and received a loaner. A week after I returned the loaner and got my car back, I received a credit card charge for $139.34. I spoke with the loaner car manager who said it was due to toll charges. When I told him that was not possible because I was parked in my work garage at the times the toll charges were made, he said he would look into it but he never called me back. I received another charge for $58.17 a few days later and again called the manager, who again said he would look into it but he never called me back. I finally spoke with the service advisor I had used and explained that I had documentation showing I was parked in my work garage during the times the tolls were charged. I asked him to obtain license plate photos from EZpass to see if the car I was given matched the car that the tolls were charged to. He said he would try but never got back to me. I called MB USA and they said there was nothing they could do about it because each dealer was independent. Beware of this EZpass scam they are running where they assign their tolls to you if you ever make the mistake of taking your car there and getting a loaner. More

Mercedes benz of manhattan was ok for the 3 years i serviced my car there until a few months ago when i got a service light. I took the car in for diagnoses and i ended up having to pay for 2 diagnoses serviced my car there until a few months ago when i got a service light. I took the car in for diagnoses and i ended up having to pay for 2 diagnoses for the same problem. I let that go. Now i am having another issue with the car. I called for an appointment they told me the cost for a the diagnostic is $350. I didn’t make the appointment right away but when I called back an hour later they told me that the cost went up to $450. When i spoke to Victoria she confirmed that i have to pay an administrative fee of $450 plus the diagnostic. All this after i have been servicing my car there for 3 years. I wont be going back there. More

They quoted me $3500 for service. When I got the bill it was $4900. They kept the car two extra days to pad the labor hours, then promised to clean the car for the inconvenience, but When I got the bill it was $4900. I would like to write my review and share that my whole experience has been horrific. We thought that by going to Mercedes we would have no problems with the car. We bought a Mercedes Sprinter Van 4x4 in experience has been horrific. We thought that by going to Mercedes we would have no problems with the car. We bought a Mercedes Sprinter Van 4x4 in September 2020. Less than a month later we had to take it back because of an estrange noise . We took it a second time 2 months after that and the car still has problems. I tried reaching out and had no answer, I am being ignored. The last appointment I tried to make for them to check this noise, the customer service representative said you can bring it in a month. I asked if he had an earlier appointment for the service and he said plainly NO. I called 2 days before to confirm my appointment and to my surprise IT WASN'T ON THE SYSTEM! I ended up making an appointment for service at another dealership because the customer service at Mercedes Manhattan is horrible. Marco Correa and Jorge Ramos were of no help and made me feel as I did not matter as a customer. In the year I had it, the car had lots of parts changed. Mercedes still does not know where the loud noise is coming from. I don't feel safe in the vehicle, I want it to be fixed and I feel I'm being ignored. Not even one phone call to follow up on the state of the car or my level of satisfaction'' At this point I'm searching for a consumer rights attorney because they left me no recourse. More

Marco Correa is friendly and very attentive.. He kept me in the loop for the whole process my vehicle was being serviced. It is with great pleasure that I am writing this review. This is now our second car purchased with Greg and we cannot speak highly enough of him. We have been with Mercedes for over 20 years and unfortu This is now our second car purchased with Greg and we cannot speak highly enough of him. We have been with Mercedes for over 20 years and unfortunately had some trouble with our last vehicle. We were debating whether or not to go forward with another Mercedes yet Greg easily won us back to the dealership and the brand. Greg knew that we may be switching brands and without saying a word or asking for a contract or deposit he ordered the car we were considering without our knowing. When we called to discuss the other options we were considering Greg mentioned that he had ordered a car for us so that we could at least look at it and see if it met our expectations. What representative would have done that? Once we saw the car, needless to say we fell in love with it and Greg truly worked out a wonderful deal for us. He truly cares about his clients and has done nothing but try to listen to our concerns and make us happy. Even with our prior vehicle, when he would see us at the dealership he would make it a point to say hello and see how we were doing. Whenever, we go to the dealer for service he always will say hello and ask if there is anything he can do. This is truly 5 star service with a heart. The dealership has been like family to us as we have been with them since we leased our first vehicle. I never have an issue, a loaner is always ready for me and time is not wasted when I am there. I want to thank Matt Gesik, Katy Sweeney as well as the wonderful team in the loaner department who always have a car ready for me, even if it is on a moments notice. Needless, to say, Greg has won our hearts back and have kept us with Mercedes Benz. My only criticism is the new design of the showroom. Black is wonderful for design but it does not work for this dealership. It is truly rather depressing and dark and it is my opinion that the design should be revisited. Again, it is truly my pleasure to rave about Gregory and all that have gone out of their way to keep us and take care of us. Peter. More
