Great Customer Service and very friendly people. I must say that Marckell Johnson is the BEST Salesperson I have encountered I think in my life. He treated myself, my spouse and Jordan with the utmo I must say that Marckell Johnson is the BEST Salesperson I have encountered I think in my life. He treated myself, my spouse and Jordan with the utmost respect. We were not treated like a couple of women who didn't know what we were talking about. Buying a new vehicle was a big decision for us. We told Marckell what we were looking for and our price point. Marckell with his knowledge, attitude and sense of humor made our purchase of a 2016 Chevy Colorado fairly painless. All except for the payments I now have. LOL Marckell is an exceptional salesperson and everyone one we encountered at Ferman Chevrolet was very friendly and nice. Yes! I would recommend/refer people give Ferman a try. More

Hard decision I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Impala in February of 2017. This vehicle is a want for my household not a need. This was a extremely hard decision. We were very thankful our salesman was Marckell Johnson. Marckell Johnson took the time to listen to my husband and I. He explained everything to our understanding. He was honest with us. He had faith in our decision. Marckell is trustworthy to his words. Marckell is an asset to Ferman Cheverolet. Marckell represents old school customer service. Meaning.... A warm greeting,nice smile,patient,caring,truthful,compassionate, willing to make you happy how ever he is able, makes you feel like you are what matters and not the sale for the day! He is an all around people person which many could learn so much from his techniques. I give Marckell Johnson the highest star rating you can go because he is awesome all the way around. For our last two vehicles purchased, Marckell Johnson assisted us. He was an excellent salesperson! We were treated wonderfully, and he worked very hard to get us the best deal possible! And if there were any issues, he made sure they were resolved quickly. We will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! I didn't even go in to buy a car!!!!! I went in because my 2012 Chevy Traverse A/C had quit. I was advised the repair would be $1000 by my service advisor, Ralph Nardin. Seeing my dismay a I went in because my 2012 Chevy Traverse A/C had quit. I was advised the repair would be $1000 by my service advisor, Ralph Nardin. Seeing my dismay at the cost, he suggested trading the vehicle in on a new vehicle. Ralph walked me over and introduced me to Tracey Pendino. Tracey did a wonderful job making me feel at ease with the idea of trading my used vehicle in, and showed me the possibilities of getting a new vehicle for equal or smaller monthly payments. She introduced me to Marckell Johnson. Now mind you, I was just there for a service and still against a new purchase up to this point. Marckell quickly got past my apprehension. He showed me a 2016 Chevy Traverse just off a 1 yr lease. Low price, warranty out to 120k miles, low mileage. Marckell then did the magic; he reminded why I was there in the first place. To keep my family happy, safe, and comfortable. And I could do all that with no out of pocket expense today, all for $200 less a month!!!!! Great Job by Marckell and the rest of the team!!!!! More
