I was promoted to manager within 2 years and have happily served in the automobile industry since. THE ABOVE STATEMENT IS WOEFULLY INACCURATE: You crashed your brand new truck into a house. You cited the reason for your accident was due to faulty brakes and an accelerator. We took the vehicle in and had an investigator from Chrysler look everything over. Upon reviewing everything, Chrysler stated that there was NO ISSUE with the vehicle. The accident was caused by Operator Error (YOU). We still allowed you to trade the vehicle in and to purchase another one. The vehicle with damage you caused was repaired and put up for sale. When we take a vehicle in, it automatically lists the vehicle online for sale (which was explained to you via Facebook Messenger and via the phone) that's why there was simply a Stock photo of the truck and not actual pictures. CarFax IS A SEPARATE ENTITY and the information (which we have no control over) pertaining to the crash has not updated to their system yet. WE FULLY DISCLOSE THE VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT AS WELL AS ANY SERVICE RECORDS WE HAVE to perspective customers prior to their purchase of any vehicle. You were thanked for sharing your concerns and everything was politely explained to you in great detail. THE FACT REMAINS: YOU CRASHED YOUR TRUCK AND DID OVER $15K WORTH OF DAMAGE TO IT. WE REPLACED IT. You should be happy that you were able work the system and that we were professional enough to assist you. WE HAVE A STELLAR REPUTATION and Take claims like this very seriously. For the Record, No amount of money we could ever make from one sale is worth damage to OUR REPUTATION. If you look through our reviews you will see the opposite of what you are claiming. The reason being is, Since 1962 We have always taken care of our customers, stand by the products we sell (even when someone is being less than honest). I like the passionate response of taking absolutely not accountability with this. 1. Chrysler never investigated it because the investigator didn't have his tool to plug into the truck. 2. I know for sure you were not able to see the police report where it stated that I said it accelerated all in its own. That the brakes tried stopping it but the truck accelerated 3. I have never met you nor talked to you about this. I dealt with Richie Miranda. So, clearly you have no knowledge of what happened because I never spoke to you. Unless you were told a lie by someone you work with, which wouldn't shock me. 4. Doesn't matter about the car fax being generated on its own. Numerous people have contacted elmwood about the truck and each salesman they dealt with online stated numerous of times that the truck was not in an accident at all. That's after the people asked to double check with a manger and they still came back stating that the truck has never been in an accident. And I have pictures of said conversatYou clearly want to sell it before the 30 days are up after it was fixed because that is when carfax updates its database. And your website has real pictures of the truck on line. 5. You took it back because I was ready to get a lawyer and I believe a lawyer contacted your dealership. Because the day after I was told they contacted your place your place called me and said you will do whatever it takes to take he truck back. Because in the salesmans own words "truck is dangerous". I was fine with everything until I saw you trying to be deceitful and sell a vehicle with the wrong information.

Your issue was addressed several times both here and on many levels via phone, Facebook and multiple times at the dealership. You spoke with both Wayne Bland on the phone and myself via Facebook I can send you the screenshots as well as provide them to anybody if need be. The truck was not dangerous except with you as the driver behind the wheel. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle. You simply aren't taking responsibility for your own actions. Again, we always show customers the vehicle history report as well as service records to any pre-owned vehicle prior to the customer making their purchasing decision. including this vehicle. You saying that the vehicle didn't stop on it's own is not definitive proof that there was something faulty with the vehicle it sounds like you lost control of your vehicle and crashed into a house then blamed it on the truck which was replaced after you caused over $15k worth of damage to it. Say what you want but the fact remains we have a stellar reputation and what you are saying doesn't really jive. Best of luck with your new truck.

You also tagged myself and my teammates who work very hard to take care of our customer base in this review. You called us out and we responded. Now you're asking not to be contacted? I'm not contacting you. I'm directly responding to you calling us out in a public forum professionally skirting around using the word "Liar" because I'm a nice person. As soon as you stop posting absolute garbage, I will stop responding.

Thank you for the very unprofessional responses. This was what I was looking for. Word of mouth pays a big part in businesses success. The basically name calling and saying you should have gave me a helmet to also saying I drove the car into my house, saying I should go to driving school. Did you only deal with Richard Miranda or did you in fact deal with all of these people? It can't be both ways. The response you received was directly proportionate to the negative energy you are spewing. Forward these responses to whomever you like. We would love them to see how passionate we are about our dealership and our reputation. Given that we don't have a history of anything like this, I'm sure they will seemingly be attentive to what you are saying but in fact it won't amount to much. Again, All the Best
