A really nice car buying experience. I'll be back to have the car maintained. I'm a big fan of this dealership. Such nice people that genuinely are happy to please their customers. I was disappointed that the interest rate wasn't what was quoted to me, however. It ended up being much higher, which ended up costing me more in the long run, even with my stellar credit. More

I have been very pleased with my experiences at Natick Subaru both times buying Outbacks. Marc called me up and told me my 21 Crosstrek lease was coming to maturity and that there was a lot of equity he could give me to the next lease. Happy with my 24 and happy with the payment. This is my second car that I have purchased from this dealership and the experience just gets better each time.
