I set an appointment to get service done on my vehicle before going out of town. pulled up to service and a gentleman asked to help. I told him I had an appointment at 1 for service and he looked and said before going out of town. pulled up to service and a gentleman asked to help. I told him I had an appointment at 1 for service and he looked and said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed him the appointment confirmation and he went and checked if they could do my car for me. He came back and said we can service your car right now. I said why did I set up an appointment then. I did the appointment so I wouldn’t was time. Now I can’t get service done. He said even if you had an appointment we wouldn’t be able to do it. You need to come back. I understand things happen but I also know if you have a customer that set up an appointment and now are wasting there time I would do what I could to make SURE THEY ARE TAKEN CARE OF!!!! Not talk to them in the manor or tone I got!!! I will not be back to a Don Davis dealership. More
