hello everyone, i am very pleased with the results for the purchase of the 2002 Ford Focus at Skyline Ford South Salem showroom, was not expecting it, why because my credit is not that great, the effor the purchase of the 2002 Ford Focus at Skyline Ford South Salem showroom, was not expecting it, why because my credit is not that great, the effort that Korey Miller made to get the loan approved was excellent , because he did not give up, now i have a better car, why? because no other loan place would, and finally one loan place did, now i must take every precaution to take care of the car, full service, air pressure checks , wash it , and keep it clean, all to have the car serve me well for aseveral years, thanks and to Korey Miller and the others in making this sale possible, thanks Bill Rogers More

Leased a Ford Focus from Skyline Ford and was very pleased with the deal and interaction. No haggling, clear explanation from the salesman (Korey) on what I was getting and for how much. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock so he made a call and had one delivered within a half hour with the color I requested. Great customer service. I would recommend this dealership to others. More

I seem to change cars every 3 to 4 years, so I have spent a good share of time in dealerships. This was my first visit to Skyline Ford and I was very impressed and not insulted about my trade in. I appreciat a good share of time in dealerships. This was my first visit to Skyline Ford and I was very impressed and not insulted about my trade in. I appreciated the no pressure sales, and the short time I had to spend in an office when it came time to sign papers. I will recommend Skyline to all my buddies and when and if I decide to purchase another vehicle they will be getting my business. More

I had a spur of the moment idea to research new vehicles and something easier for me to get in and out of due to a back condition. I did this research and submitted an information request on Sunday night an and something easier for me to get in and out of due to a back condition. I did this research and submitted an information request on Sunday night and had a response and information first thing the next morning. Jack and I exchanged a few emails and Jack was great at responding to my questions and providing information very quickly. He was very kind to wait until I was able to get to the dealership after work and before I knew it, I was driving off with the 2013 Ford Escape. The next day I realized I forgot a very important family item passed through many generations in my old car and although he wasn't working, he made calls and had the item ready for me to pick up the following day! The staff in the showroom also deserve mention as they were very kind and provided good conversation and great customer service while Jack and Mark worked to get the car ready. Working with Mark was also excellent. Having a bad car buying experience in my past I am very nervous when signing the papers. He was very reassuring and explained everything to me and even provided me information regarding my old extended warranty & gap insurance and how to get money back on that & the Escape if and when the time came. This was information that I was never made aware of in the past and great to learn! Thank you Jack for all of your help and hard work and making my car buying experince fast and easy!! You went out of your way with your help and service and kept the process moving along quickly knowing I had two anxious teenagers with me ready to go eat dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I have already recommended Skyline and the Escape to others and will continue to do so!! More

I was quite pleased with our buying experience. My background includes high touch customer service, aviation fuel sales, aviation lubricant sales, and working with Fortune 500 corporate aircraft owner background includes high touch customer service, aviation fuel sales, aviation lubricant sales, and working with Fortune 500 corporate aircraft owners and pilots. Jeff was accommodating, asked the right questions, and knew how to push a little and when to give us some space. All in all a very effective marketer. In contrast to Jeff's enthusiastic attitude I was somewhat dismayed to look around and observe other salesman sitting around looking at their phones. I can see why Jeff is successful. During the closing process I purchased the extended warranty as well as the Northwest protection package. After a few days pondering my decision I regret purchasing the Northwest protection package as I simply don't see where the value is for myself or the car. I've owned several new cars with leather interiors and have not purchased any optional protection packages for the exterior and interior. My father in law was a Ford dealer for almost Forty years and I have a full understanding of add on packages and the reasoning for the dealership to offer and promote them. I am scheduled to have the package applied on July 2 but will call to discuss my desire to cancel it. More

The Staff at Skyline is very knowledgable and friendly. They were sincere in their effort to make sure that we were happy with what we purchased.
