My experience’s at dealerships has not been great over the years until I went to Lester Glenn. All of the associates were very helpful and polite. Marc especially made me feel at home and did everything h the years until I went to Lester Glenn. All of the associates were very helpful and polite. Marc did a great job walking through all the options for financing the vehicle, understood the technology inside the car and carefully walked through all the steps one by one. Marc was the most helpful person to work with. I had been to every single dealership I could think of and they made the whole process so difficult or they were pushy! Service Marc Brudner assisted in helping me get my car that was in for a recall moved into the shop quicker since the dealership was unable to provide me a lo Marc Brudner assisted in helping me get my car that was in for a recall moved into the shop quicker since the dealership was unable to provide me a loaner vehicle. Even though he isn’t in service he made sure his returning customers were taken care of. He responded immediately and took action my car was moved into the shop the next morning having a busy family it helped not to throw us off track too much.
