The entire team at Brookline Audi couldn’t have been more helpful. Everyone was so polite and explained patiently everything I needed to know. Kervens went out of his way to keep me updated on the status of helpful. Everyone was so polite and explained patiently everything I needed to know. Kervens went out of his way to keep me updated on the status of my car throughout the day. He went over in detail what service done to the car at the time of pickup. Manny was excellent helping reset my myAudi app. And took time to help me, stepping away from something else he was involved with. Overall it was a very good experience. More

Tyler the manager there is about as unprofessional as it gets. They tried to offer me about 7 grand less than my car was worth and yell at me and say I was passing up a great offer. He got heated on the pho gets. They tried to offer me about 7 grand less than my car was worth and yell at me and say I was passing up a great offer. He got heated on the phone because I was trying to have a conversation based on facts, and all he wanted to do was give me opinions and could not back one thing he said up. He almost even swore at me out of frustration but luckily caught himself, it was pretty funny. What a joke. I had multiple dealerships offer me way more, I gave them multiple comps of similar cars for sale and proved the value, and they wouldn't give me one reason they wouldn't come up in value on my car. They offered me $35k when kbb has it worth between $40k and $44k and told me it was a good offer. Work with a dealership who values the customer's time and their vehicle, not one that wants to try and scam you out of your car. No complaints on Manny the sales rep. They also said they charge a $550 delivery fee to deliver a car to NH, $550!!! Highway robbery for 2-3 hours worth of work. I have bought 5 cars in Mass and never once have I been charged a penny for a "Delivery Fee" let alone $150-$200/hour for some guy making $25 an hour to deliver the car to NH as the law states. Just one more example of how shady this place is More

Was dealing with them trying to buy a new car, things were going ok, response times kind of slow, then they tried to low-ball me on the offer for my car by about $6k. They asked me to get confirmation from another dealership for what I was asking, so I did, and they actually lowered what they were offering me. I tried to go back to them, showed them a Carfax offer for my car, asked them to match it. And then I'm a text they responded in all caps for some reason saying "respectfully" then yelled at me for not understanding how things worked. Maybe learn what customer service means, and how to evaluate the price of used cars. Seeing as that's your business, I would expect you could do that, but I guess that's asking too much More
