What's more, they fixed every little problem - even had a body shop remove some dings on the rear bumper - till it looked practically new. The manager was no nonsense and very straightforward through the whole process. And did I mention the price was among the best we found anywhere. The finance guy, James, also helped us find the right add-ons and was not at all pushy. Class act. Just a fantastic experience overall. More

Out of State Purchase I found my vehicle online through BMW.Com and found a very nice vehicle that had a attractive price for the year and mileage on it. I called and spoke with Manjula Biju, Maniula was very attentive and professional. Manjula answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had and stayed in contact with me throughout my decision process! I eventually booked a flight from N.C. to N.J. and once again she stayed in contact with me throughout the travel day. Upon arrival she had the vehicle in tip top shape, had her wonderful BMW Genius Danielle Semenza go through the vehicle in great detail and made my buying process smooth and seamless! Manjula even called me later that day to ask me how I felt in the vehicle and to also remind me to text her when I arrived back in N.C.! Talk about excellent customer service!!! I'm sure my next BMW purchase, I will be booking another flight back to New Jersey! Thanks BMW of Bridgewater and a special thank you to Manjula! More
