Excellent service which is a definite must if you own Audi I had a 2011 Q5 that I enjoyed other than it being over engineered and quirky. Since I spent a a lot of time with it in Service I got to know Steve and Mandy well. They are excellent people and truly want to make things right with the customer. That involved quite a bit since the MMI went out the first week I owned it, it consumed oil and needed new rings and timing belt at 68,000 miles. Indicator lights intermittently going on and off. Never found out why. I would never buy another Audi, but not because of service at Crown. More

Being a extreme car enthusiast, several dealers and a variety of brands where visited while shopping for my wife's new car. We were looking for a smaller suv or mid size sedan this go around. Any brand/model that competes with a Q5 or A6 in the Tampa Bay area we visited. Not one dealership came close to Crown Audi. Dan is one of the most educated brand reps in this area. Extremely professional, patient, knows the product while not being pushy on the customer. It was an absolute pleasure purchasing an Audi A6 from Dan at Crown. Following the sale and car being transferred from another dealer, the entire Crown Audi Team (including Dan) put on the white glove service with no sign of removing them. Brendan in detail and Mandy in Service have already continued to show why Crown Audi is a 5 star rated dealer... Each Crown Audi Team Member cares about the customer and their vehicle. Stephen Barber is THE salesperson to deal with it. Car buying can be stressful but he made it a breeze. Mandy Walters has always taken care of me during my A4 years and I know I can rely and trust her for this vehicle's care also. Crown will always have my business. More

after purchase What a car!!! Overall a first class experience. We had been driving Mercedes-Benz for the past 28 years and would have never considered any other car. What a car!!! We had been driving Mercedes-Benz for the past 28 years and would have never considered any other car. because we were shopping for another well built vehicle with very pecific options, we started to test BMW and Audi in comparison to the Mercedes. We have never felt better to have purchased a vehicle, as we had with Crown Audi, got the best deal on our Mercedes for trade in, got the best car, the best options and the best service during the purchase consideration. Steve was an excellent Audi representative, his personal experience with the vehicles and his technical proficiency was exactly what we needed. Pat, could not have done any better in providing realistic finance options that perfectly suited our budget needs. Mandy probably had the hardest job in all this. She took the vehicle back for maintenance within two days and had to manage quite some issues to satisfy our requests. The car was returned to us in perfect condition, and we were supplied with a loaner vehicle for the time of service and maintenance. Mandy was by far more than accomodating and has exceeded any expactation one couod ever ask from a service manager. No doubt that we will continue to buy Audi from now on, and use Crown Audi and their staff, especially Mandy, Pat and Steve. Thank you so much. More

In the 32 years I have owned cars there has never been a time really when I would have said I enjoyed going to a car dealership, but that was before I dealt with Crown Audi. In every aspect of my dealings, whether that is for maintenance schedules (which are pleasingly few and far between which is one of the reasons I chose Audi) or buying a new car, the employees at Crown Audi have managed to create that perfect blend between friendliness and professionalism that makes the difference between good customer service and great customer service. Both Mandy Walters in the Service Department and Curt Kelly in Sales are a pleasure to work with and have kept me coming back to Crown Audi for what is now my third new Audi. I have worked in the services industry for 30 years so have high expectations when it comes to customer service, and I also don't give out praise lightly, so full marks to Audi for making the grade, consistently! More

I would also like to specifically recognize Joel Tolle in sales, as he represents the Audi brand very well. He truly believes in the product he is selling and his technical knowledge of Audi is unmatched. I would also like to add that during the buying process I never felt any of the usual car buying pressures. He was very respectful of my time, listened intently to what I was looking for, and produced the vehicle that he thought would be best for my needs. Would I buy another Audi from Crown...Yes, absolutely! Would I recommend them to others...Definitely!!! More

I came in yesterday for a service on my Q7 and was greeted instantly with friendly smiles and drink from the "cafe". Ryan quickly took my car around to the service department for me where Mandy Walters was waiting. Mandy went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of right away. Ryan Sanders, in Sales, always goes above and beyond in answering my 101 questions with a smile and the patience of Job himself. From the actual purchase to servicing...both Ryan and Mandy rock it at a 10 in my book. A short time later, I walked out with an awesome new Audi coffee mug and a new appreciation for green beans. More
