We had a great buying experience. We worked with both Rob LaMarr and Sean Bosorg. They treated us great with no pressure at all. We were extremely happy with the deal we got and left with smiles on our faces. We looked at cars on Thursday and took a test drive with Rob. We made a deal on Saturday with no hassle. It was a smooth transaction and we were out of the dealership in 2 hours. I am looking forward to buying my next Lexus from Lexus of Melbourne. More

Had no sales person available to work with us the day we came in. Busy. Made an appointment for 2 days later. We were there from 2:00p.m until 7:40 p.m. purchasing a vehicle. Informed them we had to be out came in. Busy. Made an appointment for 2 days later. We were there from 2:00p.m until 7:40 p.m. purchasing a vehicle. Informed them we had to be out of there no later than 7:00 p.m. By 6:00 p.m, asked if we could come back in the morning, at least 2-3 times. No response to that. I had to cancel an engagement for that evening. Dealership was closing down. Minimum employees there at that time. Then we were told it had been a busy day. Only 1 person to do the financial paperwork. Was dark outside, had not had dinner, and still had to come back during daylight hours to go over the features of the car. Was not happy. More
