I was scheduled an appointment for 10am and I got there at 9:55am for my appointment. The sales person that assisted inform me that it would take up to 15 mins to complete my paperwork transfer my lease in at 9:55am for my appointment. The sales person that assisted inform me that it would take up to 15 mins to complete my paperwork transfer my lease into a lease to own. He was unprofessional and had another appointment schedule and I was there waiting for over 4 hrs. I was also giving false information about my gap being able to transfer over to the car I was getting. I would not recommend that salesperson to any one of my friends. More

I arrived on my appointment but they made me wait 30 minutes to be helped. They told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I called 3 hours later, they told me they found that brakes need to be changed and t minutes to be helped. They told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I called 3 hours later, they told me they found that brakes need to be changed and they were arguing about the price with me. Finally I told them to go ahead and change the brakes and they said it will take another 1.5 hrs. So I waited THREE hours more (6 hours after I dropped off my car) and I called them when they said some parts need to be ordered and it will cost nearly 3 times the price they quoted me at the beginning. So I said forget about it and I’m coming to get my car NOW. They said they have to do a test drive and it’s not ready yet! Super bad communication. Nobody calls you to let you know what’s going on! They had the car for 7 hours for a service that would take usually a couple hours. Bad customer service More

I had an appointment for 10am, I was told should be done by noon. So we walked around a couple hours and came back. The person helping me told me your car should be ready soon. Then I found out that my car by noon. So we walked around a couple hours and came back. The person helping me told me your car should be ready soon. Then I found out that my car hadn't even been looked at. I told him I need to talk to the manager. He said ok. Then went and sat at in an office so I walked over and said you must be the manager you and I spoke yesterday about how you wanted me back as a regular customer again. He said yes I remember so what's going on? I said I had an appointment at 10 and it is now noon. I was told my car will be ready soon and it hasn't even been looked at. I know I am here for a recall and you are probably skipping me for paying jobs but I don't have a choice I have to come here since it is a recall. He told me of course we aren't skipping your car it's our work flow. I will go look to see what's going on right now. All of a sudden the service rep came back and told me my car will be done in 15 to 20 if I would like a free car wash it will be longer. I told him no I just want my car. Got my car in 10. I guess it wasn't a work flow issue after all. More
