Major was great to work with. Responsive, cooperating, attentive, and went above and beyond working with us with our situation. Worried about letting the car slip by while we were waiting from a settlement check from insurance from our former vehicle, he working with him manger to hold the car for a few days while the insurance check came. I was getting a little desperate to replace a car after a wreck. No dealers had any stock of anything I wanted. When Ellis had my car I moved quickly but it was late on a Friday. Major and Sam staye wreck. No dealers had any stock of anything I wanted. When Ellis had my car I moved quickly but it was late on a Friday. Major and Sam stayed late to help me get into the car I had picked. They were both pleasant to deal with and very professional. It was a very positive experience and I drove away happy.
