Really great people! Helpful, kind, accommodating. Would buy from them again! I knew what I wanted but still wanted to look. Some of the people there are very rude especially over the phone had to call multiple time just to speak to someone just to be told someone would call me back and they NEVER DID (not all Paul and Maalik w the phone had to call multiple time just to speak to someone just to be told someone would call me back and they NEVER DID (not all Paul and Maalik were awesome and did there best to accommodate me) but I wasn’t able to do a test drive because the car was brought to us ABSOLUTELY FILTHY cover in mud dig hair and INFESTED WITH SPIDERS it took them 4 hours to clean it out and guess what it’s still was DIRTY I’m still dealing with the dog smell after treating the sets an floor 2 times not to mention all the other issues that i didn’t find out until I bought the car breaks haven’t been changing in 2 years so I requested them to be done just to be told there still good (which there not )all in all I felt like a second rate customer and completely disrespected because i didn’t buy the newest model car like who in there right mind thinks it’s ok to have people test drive a car the is cover in mud dog hair and God knows what else but I have an appointment coming up for them to fix all the problems and they said they would detail the inside so let’s see if they keep there word More
