The whole experience, from the time we arrived until the time we left, was a very positive one. It started with the person who came out to the car and took our info regarding our appointment and then inside time we left, was a very positive one. It started with the person who came out to the car and took our info regarding our appointment and then inside to introduce us to Justin. He was very nice, explained everything that would be done to us and made sure we understood. During the time we spent waiting, he would come and let us know what point we were at. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The car was done sooner than predicted and Justin came to the waiting area and got us. He went over all that had been done and then showed us to the cashier, Melissa. She also was very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was very clean. The "freebies" were much appreciated (those mini-muffins were awesome). The chairs were comfortable. All in all, a very positive experience. More
