I personally went into the dealer ship and asked f Purchased New Vehicle, could only locate 1 key fob. Gave me a notice of I owe customer 1 spare KEY. I personally went into the dealer ship and asked for the spare KEY. THEY REFUSED ME, as It was ONLY GOOD for 30 days.. REALLY? I find that unacceptable, just because I'm a women and they can wallk all over ME.. Just giving you all heads up on what kind of customer service they GIVE. I am a older retired widow and you DO THIS TO ME!!!!! More

Poor follow through service on new car purchase I brought the car in after 2 months of purchasing it new, the front fender/bumper was raised. The service department blamed me and denied warranted se I brought the car in after 2 months of purchasing it new, the front fender/bumper was raised. The service department blamed me and denied warranted service. It’s going be a long 4-5 years searching for a reputable service department to service this car. I should have bought a Ford or a Chevy. I love the local Ford service center! It would’ve been a simple fix, the car had been on the lot and driven months before I had purchased it, but it’s my fault? You would think Nissan would keep a customer happy as obviously, I will need to go somewhere for service the next 4-5 years. More
