Wonderful experience! Lynn was my sales representative. She spent time asking pertinent questions on what I wanted in a vehicle and what I wanted my monthly financing cost Lynn was my sales representative. She spent time asking pertinent questions on what I wanted in a vehicle and what I wanted my monthly financing cost to be. She expedited my trade-in also. I was able to take a test drive on the model I wanted, during which, she explained the various features of the vehicle. She was extremely knowledgeable of what options I could choose. She was involved in dealing with the finance and trade-in staff in a successful manner in order to fulfill what I was requesting. She even went the extra mile to obtain an estimate of my new insurance premium BEFORE I purchased the vehicle. Then contacted my insurance company again to get my new car insured. After I purchased the vehicle, she went over the features in the actual one I was purchasing and was with me until I drove off the lot. I was most impressed with her professionalism, friendliness and intelligence in matters of the purchase. Lynn is an asset to this dealership and is highly recommended by me. More
