Unable to test drive a car at dealership. Waited a month for my new vehicle. Had to pay my trade in car’s payment on top of my new vehicles payment because Subaru didn’t purchase the title wi Waited a month for my new vehicle. Lynn is amazing. She knows the vehicles backward and forward Ana’s is so patient and helpful. All the other staff was amazing to work with too. After leaving our local Honda dealer because they lied to us about having a particular vehicle on the car lot, we decided look at Subaru’s. Two of our neighbors had nothing but great things to say about Suba us about having a particular vehicle on the car lot, we decided look at Subaru’s. Two of our neighbors had nothing but great things to say about Subaru’s. One, in particular, had great things to say specifically about the RK dealership. From our experience, each person we worked with made us feel at home, sharing their own personal stories of how they came to the dealership and their successes both as a team and as individuals. They offered snacks and drinks throughout the day to keep us comfortable. We could have been out of the dealer in a couple hours but we actually spent almost six hours, discussing the different models, options, etc. We never felt pressured at any point. At the completion of all the paperwork, Cal presented us with a freshly washed 2022 Subaru Outback Touring with a big red bow on it and proudly welcomed us to the RK Subaru family. Lastly, the general manager congratulated us on our new purchase. Cal Green, Sales - took his time with us and had a great sense of humor Lynn Titchy, Sales - very patient and spent a ton of time with us Deangelo Bolden, Finance - very detailed, honest and patient Nick Wilson, Sales Manager - approachable and took time to answer our questions General Manager - showed gratitude for our purchase and spent a few minutes talking to us before we left. More

Have had vehicle for under a year and had two major problems with repair.Trying to get a later appt because of full time time job was difficult.Had to get one problem fixed twice because of incompetant problems with repair.Trying to get a later appt because of full time time job was difficult.Had to get one problem fixed twice because of incompetant workers and supervisors.I've had subaru's in the past that didn't cause me this much trouble.Someone needs to get their act together More

Experience with Lynn Tichy I first met Lynn when I had moved from Columbus OH where I had bought my Outback. She was filling in for the accounting person who wasn't there that d I first met Lynn when I had moved from Columbus OH where I had bought my Outback. She was filling in for the accounting person who wasn't there that day. I talked to her about the best time to trade my Outback in for a new one and she gave me an honest answer of two years. She pulled up all the information about my Outback which I had owned and gave me the best month to trade it in, based on the delivery of the latest model. When I bought my new Outback she was my sales person and took care of everything for me. She arranged the inspection of my existing Outback, added all the costs of the new Outback including the extended warranty, license plate transfer, tax etc. and gave me the exact amount I would owe so I just wrote her a check and drove away a very happy person. Every time I took my old Outback in for service, and the one time I've had the new one serviced I have chatted with Lynn. I don't like cars salesmen because they always try to sell you everything for their benefit, not yours. Lynn was not like this. Lynn was sensitive to my needs I bought my first, and only other, Subaru 23 years ago and it was still running but a few things had begun to go wrong and needed repair and the inter I bought my first, and only other, Subaru 23 years ago and it was still running but a few things had begun to go wrong and needed repair and the interior was wearing out so it was about time to start thinking about a new car and, well, Subaru was the only choice for me. I had gone to another dealership but they didn't seem very eager to sell me a car because no one came out to greet me when I drove up but I stayed and did speak to a sales person but was very nonplused by him so then I went to RK and there I met Lynn Tichey. I initially was going to look at an Imprezza, the same model I had for the past 23 years and was very happy with but Lynn saw that I was walking with a cane so she recommended the Crosstrek because that way I wouldn't have to struggle to get up and out of the car, the seat is at a much more comfortable height where I can just turn around and sit into the car and she was right about that. I have a bad hip and degenerative arthritis in my low back and hips and the Crosstrek is much less stressful on me physically and Lynn knew that because she notices things about her customers and what they need, she's not just there to sell cars and make commissions. Now don't get me wrong, she's there to make a living but she looks out for her customers as well, you don't find that everywhere but I got the sense that that was more the rule than the exception at RK. I had occasion to visit RK several times, before and after the purchase and Lynn wasn't always available as she sometimes was with other customers but no matter who I dealt with the experience was always pleasant and left me feeling good that I had purchased from RK and Lynn. I am hoping when I need service that the service experience will be as satisfying. Overall I highly recommend Lynn if you are looking to purchase a Subaru, and I highly recommend a Subaru if you are looking to purchase a car. I am sure you will be as pleased as I have been with both!!! More

Integrity, Honesty, Quality, After 32 years, and seven new car purchases, Lynn (& RK Subaru) is the only person (and dealer) from whom I will purchase a new car. This is the seco After 32 years, and seven new car purchases, Lynn (& RK Subaru) is the only person (and dealer) from whom I will purchase a new car. This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Lynn (my fourth Subie overall) and it was a terrific experience. She knew exactly what I was looking for and the entire process took less than 90 minutes. It is rare to find someone who is as knowledgeable, honest, and helpful as Lynn. I currently own two Crosstreks (I bought them for my kids) and will be purchasing a new Ascent from Lynn withing the next 12 months. There were other SUVs and cars I considered but I chose Subaru again in large part because of the folks that work at RK. Thank you Lynn, you make car buying a really enjoyable, stress-less experience. P.S. The RK service center and body shop are stellar, they offer top of the line maintenance and repairs at extremely fair prices -- don't waste your time at other shops--even for tires because RK beats Treadquarters, etc. for quality , service, and cost. My 2008 Tribeca has 265,000 miles on it and it saved my life twice and my daughter's once. Thank you so much Doug, CJ, and Roger for a decade of superior maintenance service. RK sales and maintenance are a great team, and they are an asset to the VB community. Thank you & God Bless! More

Comfortable I would have to say that your dealership gave me a feeling of being with friends and family.
