My original appointment was with another sales rep, Howe he was busy, so they put me with Elijah. Elijah was very nice working with. He was very professional and polite and didn’t waste my time by showing m he was busy, so they put me with Elijah. Elijah was very nice working with. He was very professional and polite and didn’t waste my time by showing me something I couldn’t afford. I told Elijah if they can’t finance with no higher payment than I told him I’m not doing all this back and forth and them trying to make my payment even higher or I WILL WALK, AND IM DEAD SERIOUS ABOUT IT. Once I selected my vehicle and was set in the lobby to wait for financing maybe five minutes before going back to financing where the person closing my purchase listened very well to me and was able to get my interest rate reduced even lower. The financing part took roughly an hour maybe a little more. That day the weather was very very cold out so I would say Elijah was a true champ with working on the different cars I had to choose from. More

I am just the happiest lady in the world right now! Not only did I find my PERFECT Kia Sorento, but from the moment I texted Lynell Richards, who was soooo very helpful with my questions. Then, my most hel only did I find my PERFECT Kia Sorento, but from the moment I texted Lynell Richards, who was soooo very helpful with my questions. Then, my most helpful and amazing salesman Carter Macey, who the moment I walked in became a friend too, he's awesome! After that we went to the finance department Kelvin Peoples, amazing young man! He worked hard to make sure I was happy with the price and had everything we need without pressuring it. He had to consult with Tariq Elfauri, smart, awesome man, about getting me a good price for my warranty and he made it to where I could afford it! This team helped me get the car of my dreams! They were some of the friendliest, helpful people I've ever encountered! If I know someone buying a car soon I'm going to not only recommend a Kia but I'm gonna tell them this is the best team to buy from! Thank you to all of you!!
