When I joined the company, I started in the Clean-Up Department preparing cars for delivery to clients as well as learning the ins and outs of every car. For the past 10 1/2 years, I’ve worked as a Volkswagen Elite Certified Sales Consultants. I came to Luther Burnsville Volkswagon to test drive a used Toyota Camry. I worked with Mike Barcalow and he showed me that for literally a couple dollars more per month, I could get into a brand new (20 used Toyota Camry. I worked with Mike Barcalow and he showed me that for literally a couple dollars more per month, I could get into a brand new (2013) Jetta and spent hours with me while I made my decision. He was very patient and never "pushed" me or "rushed" me to decide. I had a great experience and have already recommended it to other people who may be in the market. More
