Great Service Every Time! I have been going to Ontario Chrysler for years and would like to say what a great service department it is. Every time their service is excellent and I have been going to Ontario Chrysler for years and would like to say what a great service department it is. Every time their service is excellent and they go the extra mile to get me in and out quickly. Even the sales is great, although my car is older I haven't been up there in a while. Great dealership, great experience. More

Excellent Service department It was my first time yesterday at Ontario Chrysler in the service department. I purchased a used Chrysler from a private sale many months ago, but I j It was my first time yesterday at Ontario Chrysler in the service department. I purchased a used Chrysler from a private sale many months ago, but I just wanted to get the car all tuned up before fall and stopped by to try Ontario. I feel I was treated fairly and had my car taken care of, even though I didn't have a history with this dealership. I will be back! More

Welcoming, Wonderful, Respectful, Friendly I always thought going to the dealer was a rip off and they are out for your wallet. I understood this the hard way, taking my vehicle in for general I always thought going to the dealer was a rip off and they are out for your wallet. I understood this the hard way, taking my vehicle in for general oil changes and just servicing the major things after recommendations at local garages and crappy tire. Little did I know that they didn't know what they were doing and used cheap parts and charged me way more. Long story short I went into the dealer for a recall they noticed I wasn't doing my services there and asked me in a respectful, friendly setting were I told them honestly I just think its way to expensive. They said that's fair but did u know your getting 2 years warranty on your work? if something goes wrong we will take care of it anytime? I did my brakes at a local mechanic and they started squeezing and I paid to replace the pads for "specialty higher quality" which I later found out were OEM parts that the dealer only looses. In the long term I found I was spending way more outside. Now I am servicing 2 of my vehicles here now, Thank you so much Grant and Anthony for your great service and opening my eyes to a whole new world. Keep up the great work. More

New to Ontario Chrysler I have been getting my car serviced at a nearby Chrysler for a couple years. Each time I would go in there I would either have poor customer service o I have been getting my car serviced at a nearby Chrysler for a couple years. Each time I would go in there I would either have poor customer service or end up spending more than I intended on my car. I decided to move on and find another dealership. I googled and found Ontario. I brought my car in and was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the guys in the service as well as how I was treated. I will be back and I'm glad that I decided to move on and found Ontario Chrysler. More

Back on road! I just wanted to say thank you to the men in the drive thru. My engine light came on, and my car seemed to lose a lot of power. I was able to get off I just wanted to say thank you to the men in the drive thru. My engine light came on, and my car seemed to lose a lot of power. I was able to get off the 401 and to Ontario Chrysler. They took me without an appointment, even though I could see that they were busy they made me feel taken care of. They explained the problem to me well, and gave me some options to fix now or in future. I will come back for regular services after the great experience! More
