Bad business! ! Horrible customer service. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and didn’t even have the vehicle for a month before problems started. I took t ! Horrible customer service. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and didn’t even have the vehicle for a month before problems started. I took the vehicle back to be looked at and was told that I would have to pay over five thousand dollars for new parts for the vehicle. After talking with management the vehicle was put in the shop and we were told the vehicle was repaired. After picking the vehicle up the same thing was happening that they said they repaired. We took the vehicle back again and this time they kept the vehicle for a month saying a specialist was working on the vehicle. After a month of being in the repair shop we received a call and told that a lot of work had been done on this vehicle including a new transmission has been put in to our vehicle. After picking the vehicle up the vehicle is running worse than before and no one will return our calls. Horrible customer service , horrible management handling of our situation , and we have been treated like we are nothing to them after purchasing a $40,000 vehicle that cannot pass emissions , and we have not enjoyed our new $40,000 vehicle for even a month. I would recommend that you stay away from Tynans Nissan Aurora. You will be treated horribly, and you will not get the vehicle that you think you are getting. I recommend you go to a dealer who is going to treat their customers fairly , and sale them a vehicle that is worth what you pay for the vehicle. More

The customer service was excellent. Luke made sure everything was done & kept me in communication. He handled all of the legwork with my warranty company.
