Easiest Car Buying Experience EVER! I began my car buying experience online at the Gateway Chevrolet website where I first saw the Cadillac ATS that I just purchased. I was very pleased I began my car buying experience online at the Gateway Chevrolet website where I first saw the Cadillac ATS that I just purchased. I was very pleased with the amount of information I was able to find about the car just from the site. Lots of pictures with different views, lists of every spec you'd want to know about, Car Fax easy to find, everything you'd want to know. I'm a huge researcher, so this is very important to me. After determining from the website that that was the vehicle that I'd like to get, I scheduled an appointment with Alex to take a look at it. He had everything ready to go when I got there and we wasted no time. I never once felt rushed through the process, and he was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. The entire process ran very smoothly, and I even got a decent trade in value for my old car. Overall I'd highly recommend Gateway Fargo, and am very happy with the service I received overall. More

Routine service and air bag recall. Very professional and efficient. The appointment was set for 10:00 AM w/ estimated service completion time of 90 minutes. Upon arrival at the dealer Very professional and efficient. The appointment was set for 10:00 AM w/ estimated service completion time of 90 minutes. Upon arrival at the dealership at the scheduled time, my car was immediately delivered to the appropriate work station and the technician began the service work. The servicing was completed expertly within the 90 minute time frame quoted. The charge for the servicing was competitively priced and the air bag recall was repaired no charge. I am very satisfied and pleased to do business with this excellent dealership. More

So Thankful Last week I had my vehicle in the service center for a check engine light and a boat motor like noise. I was called by an advisor at 4:25pm stating my Last week I had my vehicle in the service center for a check engine light and a boat motor like noise. I was called by an advisor at 4:25pm stating my vehicle repairs were done and they would send a ride right away. At 4:55pm I was still waiting for my courtesy ride and called back, they stated that the courtesy vehicle was again on their way. At 5:17pm after waiting for almost an hour for a ride, I called back again and they stated that the courtesy vehicle had just arrived back and they would send them right away. At that time I was offered a ride by a coworker and I accepted as I no longer had faith that the courtesy vehicle was on their way. Once I arrived at the service center at 5:35pm, there was no one there in the Service Center to check me out so that I could get on my way to picking my children up at daycare which closed at 6pm. Once the one individual still working in the service center arrived I told him my frustrations and he apologized and said that someone was on vacation so that is why they were not timely. I feel it had nothing to do with the drivers but the service center themselves and giving me the run around, and on top of that after spending $230+ on repairs, my vehicle still made the noise that I brought it in for. Follow-Up: I had filled out this review the following day and got a call that same day. The service manager was so polite and apologized for the mix up, offered to refund me my money and scheduled an appointment for my vehicle for the following Monday to re-look at the noise, and they even brought a rental to me and picked up my vehicle. I know it was far from their fault that I got the run around regarding the courtesy ride, but he made me feel so much better as far as my vehicle's maintenance being in their hands. New Truck I was looking to trade in my 09 Silverado and decided to look at new trucks, so I headed over to Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo. I wasn't planning on buyi I was looking to trade in my 09 Silverado and decided to look at new trucks, so I headed over to Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo. I wasn't planning on buying in Fargo as I live in Minnesota, but after dealing with the people at Gateway I knew I was going to get the best value for my trade in as well as getting the perfect truck for my needs. Danielle Kuske helped me for two days in finding the right truck for me. Her work ethic and determination in pleasing her customers really made the decision to do business with Gateway an easy one. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to give the people at Gateway an opportunity to help you find that perfect fit. More
