We The dealership was very busy, but the sales staff and finance managers were very attentive and made sure to check in with status updates regularly. Well managed with all of the customers at the dealership all at once. I also enjoyed that the college football bowl games were on tvs to keep my attention while I waited. Would recommend Stingray to others. More

Lead you on and lie to your face Before going to this dealership, which we have purchased vehicles in the past, I searched online. I found the Chevy Malibu I wanted. There was a butt Before going to this dealership, which we have purchased vehicles in the past, I searched online. I found the Chevy Malibu I wanted. There was a button for chat, I clicked it, I had already spent hours at another dealership and wanted to make sure before I went out there that they had the vehicle in stock. The bot gets me to a human Luis who ask for the stock number, I give it to him, after a few minutes, he responds back that they have it. When would I be available for a VIP appt. I responded that we would be there in 20 minutes. He replied he would have the car pulled up for us. See I was in a car accident on Nov 6 and my car was declared totaled on Nov 14, I only had 7 days to find a car. So we arrive at the dealership and go to the desk and ask for Luis, but we have been assigned to Andrew as our salesman. The first bad news, the car is no longer there, sold on Monday apparently, yet still in the computer on Wednesday. He tells us he can get us one no problem if that’s the one we want. We tell him yes that’s the one as long as we can the payments where we need them to be. We start filling out loan applications and start looking at numbers. We decide to come back on Saturday as the dealership was just about to close and we needed to decide. We told Andrew we would be back on Saturday to buy to car. We only had the rental until Nov 21 so this needed to happen. Thursday my husband gets text from Andrew that they had the car, then it was the wrong vin. I get a missed call from Luis on Thursday. On Saturday afternoon 1 pm I get a call from Luis asking us when would we be able to in. We said now. He said great. Then he calls back and says Andrew is with a couple could we come in an hour and half, we say no problem. We start heading over around 2ish. We get there he is still with this couple. But we see my car, they have it. The one I asked for sitting right outside. A “manager” gets the keys and we all get in and go for a drive. I bring the car back Andrew is still busy we walk around and then decide to sit on a bench outside, it’s nice weather, we then see another couple get into my car with a lady who is showing them the features of the car, and then they drive away with my car. We are in shock, after some time Andrew comes outside and says that another salesman sold the car from under him. While we were waiting for him to finish with his other couple. It’s now almost 4pm Andrew can see us he try’s to convince us to choose another vehicle and just have the wheels sprayed. Or go to a lesser vehicle with the same redline package. I start to tear up this has not been my year. My mom passed away in March, my job gave me problems for missing work because of it, I wrecked my car and now we have to dip into our savings to put a down payment on a car that we didn’t need. I tell them both no that I don’t want to look at other cars, my mind was made up that was the car that I wanted. Andrew looks in his computer says he can get one, great we start paperwork, we end up having to put more money down then we expected. The one thing we asked for is that they add tint to the car. The other dealership was going to do it and after the car being sold from under us it was the least they could do. He ask his manager and they say ok. He then tells us we will have the car by Monday 11/19. We then sit and wait hours to see the finance ppl. It is 7pm when we leave, with no car, just a promise. Monday comes no car, the trade manager is off. If they can’t get the car by Wednesday they will give me a loaner car. I get a message from Luis congrats on the new car. I call him back and tell him that no I am not satisfied and does he not know what is going on with my car? And what happened on Saturday? He has no idea, but he’s going to work on it and call me back. Never got a call back. Tuesday comes no car. No phone call nothing. Wednesday morning we drop off the rental, as my husband has to close at his job. We text Andrew what is going on with the car. He does not know. He has not gone in yet and he was off Tuesday. A couple hours later Andrew calls my husband (again this is my car) they have the car. My husband ask if there a way for them to pick me up to get the car. Andrew says that they should be able to find someone. I wait at home, I get a call from Andrew they are busy. He calls at 258 he might have someone follow and then take him back if not can I drop him off. I get a call 358pm finally they are here with my car. One problem no TINT. I ask Andrew, he tells me that yes there is tint that I need polarized lenses to see it. I look at the vehicle that is waiting to take him back and I tell Andrew you see the tint on that truck that is the tint I expected on my car. There is no tint on my car. He then says there was no way for them to get it done that day, timing wise and the guy was off. He would have to put the request in on Friday and they would have to call to set up appt. He straight up lied to me and tried to pass up an untinted car as tinted. I was so upset. But at least I had the car in the driveway. To this day this whole transaction was handled poorly. I as the car owner should be the one getting communications. There should have been a phone call when the vehicle was not available on Monday not a text message. Own up to it and then say you will make it right don’t take the cowards way out through a text message. And the way they handled the car being sold from under us was poor, just avoiding the topic and not making it right. And then being lied to my face. I was just getting excited I wanted to add more accessories to the car and make it my own, but I can’t get excited because I am reminded of the experience I had. Oh and I mentioned to Luis on Monday that my sisters-in-law is getting ready to buy 2 trucks and was going to buy them from this dealership but is reconsidering after this experience. But I am just a small drop in their big bucket so I don’t matter. More
