I had a great experience at the Beaverton Mercedes-Benz service department. When my vehicle was finished, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a video from the service tech going over points like my tire service department. When my vehicle was finished, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a video from the service tech going over points like my tire tread, brake pad life, suspension, etc. The undercarriage isn’t something I ever see but am often curious about. I will choose this service department over other Mercedes dealerships. More
