I had certain specifications I required and he found me a car with requirements right away. He was very thorough and knowledgable about the car and throughout the test drive. He did not pressure me at all to buy the car. I test drove a few other makes that day and went back to Infiniti the following day - precisely because I loved the car and because I wasn't being harrassed into buying the car. When I went back, Luis wasn't available, but Mouris assisted us so we wouldn't have to wait. Mouris was extremely personable and helpful. Unfortunately the car I test drove was in a color I refused to drive. Mouris worked very hard to get me the car with the required features in a color I liked. He had it to the dealership the next day. If not for Mouris going above and beyond my expectations, and Mouris, Luis and Manuel's patience with my bank, I wouldn't have the amazing car I have today. I truly appreciate all of their effort and patience. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! More

Beyond Compared..Never Will Second Guess Again Metro Infiniti is less than 1 mi from our residence. However, it is absolutely worth the 21 mi drive for the superb customer service at Montclair. Although there was a slight hiccup in dealing with our second vehicle , Montclair was able to quickly resolve the matter. Management was extremely personable to execute the deal that was best fitting for our budget. One person I would like to highlight is Luis Cruz. It was close to closing time, yet Luis patiently made sure my family and I were 100% content before we left the lot. This also entails how management imposes on its staff and personnel, that customer service is 100%! We graciously thank you Montclair for taking care of my family and I. More
