Wonderful sales experience! Had an excellent experience with Ford Country. Walked into the dealership and was very honest that I was looking for a deal that may not be possible. Had an excellent experience with Ford Country. Walked into the dealership and was very honest that I was looking for a deal that may not be possible. Sat down with my salesman, Kevin Schwan, and just had honest dialogue about what I was looking for and my expectations. They worked hard with me to get me in a brand vehicle at an amazing payment and interest rate. Don't trust this dealership I wish I had read these reviews before bring my Mustang to this dealership to have the Takata Airbags replaced due to a recall. They broke my key and I wish I had read these reviews before bring my Mustang to this dealership to have the Takata Airbags replaced due to a recall. They broke my key and now the car won't start and they want to charge me 500 bucks to give me a new key and reprogramming. I am beyond blown away at how poorly they have treated us. I can't trust the work they did on the airbags now and this car is a gift for my granddaughter. More

I was “back again “ in December due to an unfortunate event; however, I gave Frank a call then came in. I received the same awesome service!
