Both the person who booked my appt and took care of me at the front desk they were both very professional and helpful. Poor service Set up a scheduled appointment to replace driver’s airbag on 2009 Xterra. I came early and after 20 minutes they said they didn’t have a tech ready. When I asked to cancel and reschedule they driver’s airbag on 2009 Xterra. I came early and after 20 minutes they said they didn’t have a tech ready. When I asked to cancel and reschedule they said no. At 30 min mark they found a tech who inspected the air bag. They did not have a replacement part in stock which I think is unprofessional m.
