Luis and Ricky were both friendly and really easy to work with and I feel I got a really good vehicle for a very fair price. I also got very reasonable amount on my older trade-in. Luis went out of his way to help us find the perfect car for us. He was patient and there was no pressure - even though we were there close to closing both times we visited. At one point I felt like I was going to have to "settle" for something less than I wanted, and Brian & Luis said they absolutely didn't want me to do that, so they continued to work with us until we found what we were looking for. The service truly was exceptional. We haven't bought a new car in years, and swore we would always buy used, but Luis changed our negative opinion of new car sales/dealerships. Thanks! More

Luis is an outstanding dealer. He was very thorough when he showed us the Honda odyssey and all of its features. He was straight forward when it came to numbers and quality and what options I would benefit he showed us the Honda odyssey and all of its features. Lois is a caring and knowledgeable sales person who listened to my needs and helped me find the vehicle that met my needs. Ricky handled our financing. He was patient with our two small children, and informative, yet not pushy about selling the Honda plans. After purchasing the car, Lois made sure I felt comfortable with the new technology and offered to help me any time I needed, even after I returned home. The staff at Zimmerman Honda was friendly and courteous, eager to assist at any time. I had a good first experience at Zimmerman Honda and will likely return in the future to purchase another Honda vehicle. More

It was a great experience, I purchased my fifth car from Luis today. Luis and the entire team at Zimmerman were fast, friendly and fair. We actually bought two cars from them this week. A 2010 Honda Odyssey van and a 2000 Buick Regal (for our son). Luis was great to work with - normally we expect a high pressure sales job, but that was not Honda Odyssey van and a 2000 Buick Regal (for our son). Luis was great to work with - normally we expect a high pressure sales job, but that was not our experience at all at Zimmerman. The price was very fair and customer service was like no other dealers I have ever dealt with. They even filled the tanks on both vehicles before they handed us the keys to take them. I have never had a dealer do that before, let alone on used vehicles. I would highly recommend them and for future cars, we will be going back to Zimmerman for sure. More
