I've had nothing positive to say about BMW. From the vehicle itself to the dealership service. Last oil change I had left a lake of oil in our driveway. Technician's fault. No resolution. Dealership had vehicle itself to the dealership service. Last oil change I had left a lake of oil in our driveway. Technician's fault. No resolution. Dealership had to replace oil pan and plug. And the vehicle itself? Well, I've driven all brands of cars over the years. Never had as many problems with any as I've had with BMW. Thank God I purchased extra warranty. I will never buy another BMW and cannot wait to get rid of this one. Lexus has been so much of a solid overall vehicle and my wife has been extremely happy with it. Hopefully we'll put another Lexus on the driveway soon! More

Very professional service dept. a video was taken of my car’s Condition on arrival. This eliminates any questions for both parties. Poor communication and service on my 2015 BMW. My car stayed in the same parked location for four days without moving. No one called me to give me an update or tell me what was going on. Had to wait for a long time to get an oil change even with appointment. Many customers without mask. One guy came and sat next to me without mask. So I had to get up and leave.
