Upon arrival one of the service employees informed me I could have gotten a loaner vehicle for the recall work. I was a little irritated that I was never informed. After my oil service, the oil meter was not reset in the dash and the oil pan was never wiped clean which made a mess in my garage. I have had better experiences with Bowles. More
