She worked very hard and went well beyond the call of duty and was not only diligent and professional, she was friendly and honest as well. I am very much old school with how I deal with things and appreciate people that are upfront, honest, and genuinely helpful because they care about doing a good job and right by their customers. At no point did I feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle that was priced above my means nor did I feel harassed or annoyed like I did with some "persistent" individuals at other dealerships that bombarded me with calls and generalized-mass emails. I didn't buy something the first day I went to the dealership, but when they had the vehicle I was looking for, I went straight to Luci Green, and she got a deal together that was done quickly and well within my budgetary means. I was treated fairly and with respect by Luci Green and the other employees of Germain Toyota and will definitely do business there again. More

Fast, Easy, Accomadating My husband and I had been searching for a 2007 - 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a couple of weeks. We were very specific about what we wanted. We were unable to find one in our home state of Indiana within our price range so we began looking in Ohio. That's when we found the PERFECT one at Germain Toyota of Columbus. We immediately called. My husband spoke to someone (Marlon I think) that said he would call him right back.. but he didn't. My husband decided to call again in the morning. He spoke with Luci Greene. It was still available!! One down side was that they were not able to take a deposit over the phone to hold it for us. So after reviewing the Carfax and photos we decided to jump on it and purchase it over the phone. The process was very simple and they gave us a great deal on our trade in. The next day they DELIVERED it to our home, savings us the 3 hour drive. We realized after they left with our old car that we forgot our daughters favorite CD in the car. A quick email to Luci and she put it into the mail for us! More

Most recently, Luci helped us navigate our new car purchase by answering many questions, understanding our price point, and walking us through the process. I felt that she was a true advocate for our needs and family---NOT JUST ANOTHER CAR SALES PERSON. She made us feel comfortable and not pressured into making a quick decision. I have not had such a great experience at any other dealership, and I will return to Germain Toyota for any vehicle purchase in the future. My salesperson was Luci Green, and she was awesome! The best car buying experience I've ever had. I came in, 20 minutes before they closed, with an obnoxious amount of requests and in a bit of a grumpy mood, I hadn't eaten, was just off work, and i I came in, 20 minutes before they closed, with an obnoxious amount of requests and in a bit of a grumpy mood, I hadn't eaten, was just off work, and it was late. They didn't care. They helped with everything, they were so honest, Luci was so nice and kind and I had been having such xxxx with slime ball dealers trying to push cars i didn't want onto me, working with her was like a breathe of fresh air. They called everyone I needed to go through, so many little hiccups came up (I recently moved from New York and not all my affairs are perfectly in order) and they just kept on going. They close at 8 and stayed until 9:30 just to help me. I ended up having to come back the next day to finalize it all because the banks were all closed, that didn't matter though, they let me take the car home anyways. I came in pre-approved through a bank I'd chosen, Shawn DeBoe wouldn't hear of it. He swore he could get me a better deal. I was sure this was just some old financing trick but he was a great guy so i said, heck, worst case scenario I opt out and use my pre approval. Shawn delivered big-time. Lowered my payment and the whole time he was helping me he was just talking to me like I was a person, a friend, not like I was his next paycheck, luci was the same. I highly recommend this dealer. They accommodated every little request I had. They put up with my grumpy mood and when I returned the second day and told shawn how wiped out I was from being up late the night before, He bought me a mountain dew just to help wake me up. I know that seems small and insignificant but they cared enough about the fact that I felt sleepy to spend their own personal money (not the companies) to actually help me. Not help me in a way that got them more money, they had saved me money, no they just wanted to help out another human being who was working hard and worn out. That kind of service is so rare. I'll be returning for the next car I buy and if you're considering buying a car, don't even bother going anywhere else. They'll get you what you want, when you want, how you want, and whatever price you're thinking of, they'll get you a better one that is easier on your budget. More
