I was born and raised right here in Central Ohio, the "Y Bridge City" Zanesville, OH. I bring 25+ years of cumulative Toyota experience to you, 30+ total years in the car business. Wow, time goes fast. I really enjoy the business and I love helping someone find just the right vehicle for their particular situation. Battery on used car need replaced 2 days after they sold the vehicle. There was a major $1500 safety defect in the interior that they SHOULD have known about. It took over 45 days to get the financial paperwork done and I had to badger them to get the memorandum certificate of title. From sales to service to financing they were inept. More
