By far this has been the best car buying experience. From Luca's prompt response to my online inquiry to Steven's patience with the financing. These guys both went out of their way to make sure I was happy and gave me that extra assurance that Edmond Hyundai was the right choice. With me living in another state, it was helpful that Luca took the time to make live videos of my vehicle and send so I could get a close up of both the exterior and interior. That's honestly what really sealed the deal! Then we had Steven who was patient with explaining everything to me. His efforts resulted in a lower interest and payment. Both Luca and Stephen were professional and provided excellent customer service. I'm extremely happy with my vehicle. I definently plan on returning for any future vehicle purchases. More

Overall very nice but they need to be better at time management. I was told to come at 3 on Saturday to pick up my car and I had to wait almost 2 hours to talk to the financial people for something that management. We purchased an suv on 5/16/22. The entire staff we met are outstanding. Our salesman Gilbert and Luca were professional and very helpful. I had a wonderful experience with Lucca, my saleman. He always was honest with me. He told me about the delays on the delivery on my car. Gorege, in finance, on the other hand , I had mutiple issues He always was honest with me. He told me about the delays on the delivery on my car. Gorege, in finance, on the other hand , I had mutiple issues with. When I first signed my contract( April 14) for the car I asked what if my car didn’t make it on the 24th. He told me they never have delays and the car would be here. I gave a post dated check for $16,000 for my down payment.I voiced my concerns about giving a check for this much without having the car. Gorge told me they would not cash the check unitll the end of the month. On April 22 Lucca told me my car would be there on the April 28th not the 24th. I was told the April 24th when i signed on the 14th. On April 22 I asked Goerge if I could have my check back and write another when my car gets to the dealership. He told me it was already in accounting and he couldnt get to it. I explained I was upset because they were going to cash my check and I had no car. He told me they would hold my check till the end of the month. I asked what if my car didnt come he said that was the deal and he had to get special approve to hold it unitl then. I asked how are you going to cash a check for a car I dont have and you dont know when it will be here. March 28 comes and my car is not at the dealership. I went to the dealership very upset. George told me they were going to cash my check May 1. It was April 28th after 6:00 pm and they kept telling me my car was comming today. My car didnt come on the 28th. On the 28 th While I was at the dealership I told Goerge and Lucca I took the money out of the account. Goerge told me that would not help my sistuation and it was faud. I ask Goerge what is it called when you take someone money without proving a good. He also repeatedly told me I was upset with him for things that were out of his control. I asked Goerge if they would pay for my tag taxes and title for the inconvenience but he said no. I left the dealership on April 28th with no car. Goerge called me later that evening on April 28th and said he got approval and they would not cash the check untill my car get to the dealership. On May 3rd the check for $16,000 was chashed. On May 3rd I still had no car. Since April 28th I kept being told my car would be here the next day. On May 3rd I call the dealership about my check being cashed the respectonist told me the Goerge nor Neko were available. I came up the the dealership 20 minuties later. They sent someone to speak with me I had never worked with. Goerge finally came out and said they they cashed the checked becasue I had told them I took the money out and they didnt have any good faith in me and it was out of his control. Which I responded how am I supposed to have good faith in the dealership when yall took my money and everyday you say my car is going to be there and it is not. My car finally come in on May 5. No one called me to tell me my car had been delivered. I found out because I was going to the dealership everyday. It was still going theought safety checks.Lucca sent to a message telling me it would be ready on May 6. Gorege called me on may 6th and told me my car was ready. I went to pick up my car Lucca asnweres all my questions and was helpful as always. I am upset becasue i was just lied to mutiple times by Gorege. He told me they would not cash my check and then went and did the opposite. More
