Excellent internet manager who handed me of to an excellent sales woman Laurdes, who handed me off to an excellent financial manager! From start to completion it was top notch. I looked at 2 other excellent sales woman Laurdes, who handed me off to an excellent financial manager! From start to completion it was top notch. I looked at 2 other same year vehicles with simple Lat mileage. Both were more expensive and not even close to as nice. So in the end the truth is, I got the best used 14 QX80 on the market in my area, for the cheapest price, and received the best possible service! Lastly I want to say this was the first time in my life I made an offer $1,300 less than asking price and the rep came back, done deal, no back and forth, no haggling / stupidity. Best dealer I have ever dealt with in my 54 years on this earth. More
