Best car buying experience I was in a difficult situation and needed a vehicle. I received a response within 5 minutes of my online inquiry. My salesperson, Louis, was on top I was in a difficult situation and needed a vehicle. I received a response within 5 minutes of my online inquiry. My salesperson, Louis, was on top of things right from the beginning. He listened to me in detail regarding what I was looking for in a vehicle and my financial situation. He worked very closely with Mr. Klaben to find me the best deal and the best vehicle. Within two hours of arrival at the dealership, I had gotten financing arranged and picked out my vehicle. Finishing the paperwork for the purchase and taking delivery of the car was very quick and efficient. My sales person then spent time showing me the features of the car in detail. I also received a follow-up phone call a couple of days after I took delivery of the car. The customer service at this dealership is outstanding. Also, I Feel that I got a great deal on the vehicle and the financing. More
