They make you feel comfortable when you come in the showroom offering coffee or water. Traveled from Pittsburgh, PA to pick up a used forester. Lou Kosmeri was one of the nicest and most helpful salmon I've ever dealt with. My experience at Ganley Subaru East with Lou was an efficient and enjoyable experience. Lou and Gino were wonderfully kind, responsive and efficient. They worked very hard to make me feel comfortable while searching for the right vehicle and once I'd made my decision, they made the proce efficient.
