My name is Eric Flynn but go by Lou. I was born and raised in Marshall, MI on 250 acre farm about 4 miles outside of town, where I learned the value of family and hard work. I worked my way through college graduating from Western Michigan University. I sold vehicles for a time while in school and for about 9 months after graduating. I then went to work for EDS in various roles, supporting various clients and industries including: Oldsmobile, Buick, SPO, the Fabrication plants, JNL, State of MI, etc., I worked 29 years with EDS, GM, HP and then HP Enterprises. I've been back selling new and used vehicle for the last year and enjoying the customers and challenges. I have two wonderful and productive daughters, a great significant other (girlfriend), and two dogs. I love to read, hike, golf and boat in my spare time. I look forward to assisting and treating potential customers as I would want to be treated.

Fun Experience I came in looking for a new car. I hooked up with Lou and he showed me all my options, lease, purchase New or used. It was informative, low pressure I came in looking for a new car. Good service and follow up I had purchased an used Chevy Aveo. The dealership is very big with huge collection of used cars. Though it was annoying to not to find the car in the I had purchased an used Chevy Aveo. The dealership is very big with huge collection of used cars. Though it was annoying to not to find the car in the lot that was showing available online, the sales person Mr. Lou was very helpful and patient in finding me the right car with great price. The car had gotten into a minor trouble (not unusual for a 2009 car!) and the dealership assumed the responsibility and fixed it for free with out any hassles. The car is running great now and I am happy with it! More

Great My husband and I worked with Lou and he was great! He was happy to help and find vehicles that we were interested in without being too pushy. We ended up purchasing a vehicle and on the way home with it, a caliper seized up and I had to have it towed back to the dealership. Lou made sure a vehicle was waiting for me to drive home and was very apologetic. The vehicle was ready for me a couple days later and I couldn’t be happier. More

Great Customer Service I met Lou at the gym, and mentioned that I am interested in getting into a new Silverado. Lou was not only very friendly but also knowledgeable and t I met Lou at the gym, and mentioned that I am interested in getting into a new Silverado. Lou was not only very friendly but also knowledgeable and took the time to explain the lease vs. purchase options and the great rebates that GM is offering this summer. I’ll definitely be meeting with Lou this summer at Sundance to purchase a new truck. More

Two days after driving the truck off the lot I had a window visor break, and my air conditioning started working part time. When I called to ask about the warranty I was told it was 15% off parts and labor. I just Hope Lou is true to his word when it comes time for an oil change. Lou did work hard to find a truck that I would buy, which is more than any other salesman I talked to did. More
