Terrible service experience After purchasing my car from Tasca, the service I have received has been nothing more than TERRIBLE. The truth is that once they have your money, they After purchasing my car from Tasca, the service I have received has been nothing more than TERRIBLE. The truth is that once they have your money, they will do absolutely nothing to help you or provide the service that they promised. Prior to picking up the new car, the salesman assured me there would be two copies of the key when I pick it up. Low and behold, I get the car and there is only one key, not two. And rather than having a new key made prior to me getting the car, they put all the responsibility on me to make an appointment with the service department. As any normal person would think, I assumed making a copy of a key would be a very simple process, but I was very wrong. I made an appointment and took time out of my work schedule to get a new key programmed. They programmed the remote control and they had to order the custom made key blade. I was told this would only take a day for them to order and that I would receive a call. After waiting for a week and not receiving any call or follow up from them, I call the service department. This service department has to be the most incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with. I was transferred to several different departments and not a single person was able to answer my question or find out where my key was that they ordered. I have called day after day on multiple occasions and no one was able to provide an answer. On three occasions, someone said that they would look into it and give me a call back. It has now been over a MONTH since my appointment and I have still not received the key. All because the salesman failed to confirm if they had two keys or have one made prior to getting the car. I have no clue how management at Tasca promotes satisfaction, yet they seem to do everything they can except make you satisfied. More

I told him what i wanted and he gave me a handful of vehicles to pick from letting me take my time checking them out, driving them and making my decision. When I was ready we went to financing and it was very simple and efficient. I've learned that you should always choose the dealership first before the vehicle because thats the most important part. A+ for Tasca! More

Lo Lou Colon was my salesman and Eva was my finance manager. First off this was the most relaxing experience I have ever had on a car lot of any kind. Lou Colon was and continues to be most helpful with The mazda6 I bought. He even made sure to get me a meal in a comfortable café while they got my car ready to drive off the lot. Every dealing I have had from paint protection to a simple car wash has been speedy and satisfactory thanks to Lou. Eva my finance manager was very helpful and honest. She told me what I needed, but more importantly told me what I did not. She was also very comfortable to work with. I would and have recommended Cranston Tasca to anyone in search of a comfortable car buying experience. Not to mention the prices were great. I will definitely be returning there for my next vehicle purchase. More
