I brought my vehicle in to the collison shop for repairs. I explained how I was paying for the repairs out of my own pocket. I was concerned about the price of having to rent a car to get back and forth to work. Pam at the collision shop referred me to Enterprise, which worked out great. Rich accomidated me by having a 'rush' put on the repairs, so I wouldn't have to be out a lot of money on a rental. The overall experience was great. I will not go anywhere else! Not to mention, this was (by far) the cheapest estimate I received for the repairs......I had 3 total. Great job!!! Thank you!! More

Laurie, on the phone, was super friendly and answered all of my questions and followed up with me to keep me updated. They quoted me and I decided to go with most of the service (i.e. the required repair) and they weren't pushy about getting all of it done. The service was done in a couple of days and it looks great! Joe and another couple of employees made sure I was satisfied when I picked up my jeep and the bill/paperwork was very organized and all ready for me upon pick up and the invoice was presented in a nice folder. My jeep was detailed inside and I was provided a small sample of touch up paint, which was a very nice touch. I'd keep coming back with super service like I experienced this time!
