Brian and Lori are very down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service. Alex needs to work on his customer service. He's not as charming as he thinks he is. He looked at my paperwork and saw I was paying cash and he said, oh, that's not good for me. Seriously? Then when I was alone with him in the finance office I felt very uncomfortable. There wasn't enough room in there for me and his ego. More

After two weeks I still cannot use digital key. was told by Hyundai on July 26 that this would be fixed. in 5-7 business days. It is still not fixed Called Diane Beimann as instructed she forwarded my call to Jill..Jill never contacted me. All Lies!
