Excellent car buying experience! I recently went to DCH Montclair Acura based off of a recommendation from a coworker. My father had just purchased an Acura at another dealership and I recently went to DCH Montclair Acura based off of a recommendation from a coworker. My father had just purchased an Acura at another dealership and I had every intention of going back. We went here just to get some pricing, and immediately were greeted and treated with such respect. I began my car buying process with Lora Moore, and I cannot stress enough how amazing she was! From the beginning, she listened to what I was looking for, made recommendations based on what I told her, and worked with us to get the best price. She never pushed me into purchasing immediately, and once I made the decision, she made the car buying process so incredibly easy. She was very knowledgable and never tried to persuade me with anything else. Buying a car can be a hassle, but Lora took the stress and anxiety out of it. We will definitely be back in the future, and I definitely recommend Lora to all for a great car buying experience! More

The Best Acura Dealership For my father and I, we have been doing business with this dealership for over 10 years even living in NY. We have bought over 4 different Acura models from DCH Montclair Acura. Based on my personal experiences in dealing with a strong customer service background, I have to say that this dealership is by far the best. When I walk in whether it's to service my previous Acura models or my current one, I am always greeted and treated with the best customer service experience possible. The staff are always accommodating and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working there. They all work together as a team and I can truly rely on their knowledge and experience. People always takes the time out to make out a complaint, but very rare do people actually take the time out to compliment. Now that I am old enough to drive and purchase my own vehicle, I was able to receive the same exceptional customer service experience that was delivered for my father. Lora Moore and Jaime Borja were exceptional and for that reason, I would not go to any other dealership. Thank you! More

Her professionalism in sale and dedication to her clients were on the top of the rating. Also, the sales manager, Robert, extended his help as well. We would highly recommend to all of friends and relatives this dealership. In addition, Jaime Borja who was the person to help us to finance our vehicle. In the whole process, we have to say that he is very trueful for every detail in pursching some kinds of insurance which would help us in the future. Now we are very happy to drive our new vehicle in Sunny State, Florida. More

Lora called, emailed, made and switched appointments for me... she was beyond accommodating. I bought a used car from Keith (cannot say enough good about this man), and could not be happier with the car or the service I received. Even followed up to make sure that I got the car I was looking for and am 100% satisfied, making sure all those little things were fixed. Thank you, thank you for everything. We will definitely be back. More

Picked up my TLX -- Had a great experience! (This review was also posted on Yelp for the dealership) Lora emailed me a day after I filled out a form through the Costco Auto Program and sent m (This review was also posted on Yelp for the dealership) Lora emailed me a day after I filled out a form through the Costco Auto Program and sent me an offer that would have been decent, but I already had negotiated a better deal with a local place. I replied asking her if they could make their offer more competitive, and provided her with the details of what I currently had on the table. 2 days later she called with some better numbers, but still not as good. At this point I thought I was done with this dealership, but at the same time, I APPRECIATED that Lora acknowledged the details of the conversation and spoke to me like a person (something like "I know these are a little off from what you said you have, but this is the best that we are able to do"... I'm paraphrasing). I encouraged Lora to see if anything better could be done, and she said she would ask the "big boss" (I'm not sure who the "big boss" is, but thank you!). Few days later she called with numbers that about matched the deal I had previously negotiated, but because I had positive interactions with Lora I decided to drive out to Jersey and get my car from DCH. I got to the dealership and was partnered with Tony, who was awesome. I think he's one of their top sales people and it shows in his personality and enthusiasm. I think he and I are pretty close in age and had common interests, talked about cars, technology and a bunch of other stuff just 'shooting the xxxx' while waiting for paperwork, insurance, etc. etc. He told me about how he went out to Vegas because he's one of Acura's top sales people and got to check out the NSX (awesome!). I then was introduced to Maria the finance manager to sign the paperwork and all the 'official' stuff. She's a pretty fun lady also(and apparently an avid ebates user)! At one point we were going over the different maintenance and warranty plans that finance managers in dealerships always try to sell you, but when I told her my driving habits she was the first one to say "yea you probably don't need it". Even though I was already thinking it, I appreciated the honesty. By the time that was done, my TLX was prepped and detailed, and Tony helped me pair my phone. That was actually super awesome, since I hadn't read the manual yet and had no idea yet what to do with the car's infotainment system. Before taking delivery of the car I did a VERY thorough walk around inspection and found a tiny scratch on the mirror housing (not the glass). Tony brought it back to the service folks and they magically made it disappear. Seriously, even knowing where it used to be I couldn't see a trace anymore. If I had to point out any negatives, I'd be REALLY nitpicking, but here you go (for the sake of completeness): - My rubber floor mats were plopped on top of the carpet floor mats by the service department rather than being installed properly and locked into place. (No big deal, I fixed that in 5 minutes when I got home, but not everyone knows to look for that) - Took a while in the dealership (~3.5 hours I think) - but I give them a pass on it; last Saturday of the month, what the xxxx do you expect. - Their email system may possibly be wonky at times - I replied to an email from Ruben Arcila (their internet manager) asking for feedback, and it got bounced back by their mail server as undeliverable. Overall everyone was quite friendly and accommodating, and it was one of the better dealership experiences I've had. I actually emailed Lora today to get some price quotes for a few accessories; I'm even willing to do the drive out there to have them installed. More

Amazing experience for a new car buyer I recently purchased a new Acura TLX 2015 from this dealership and had a very good experience. I was more specific with my car color and interior options, no other dealership was ready to give any commitment to my color options and the competitive quote offered by DCH Mountclair Acura. Sales team - Lora Moore, Jaime Borja & Tony Karatzia have enough patience to help me in finalizing my car color, quote & even with continuous friendly update of my new car status. Finance team - Benjamin Klein helped me to understand the best financing options and available insurance options in friendly manner. It took almost 45 days to get my vehicle after placing the order. Trust me, all these 45 days I used to pressurize this team for a status update of my new car, they used to respond with lots of patience for any of my communications. I hardly found any such friendly team in my car research activity with various dealers. I will surely recommend this dealership to my family & friends in future purchases. More

Lora Moore was incredibly patient, wonderful and honest young lady who helped me every step of the way in owning my vehicle. I can’t appreciate enough how diligent she was in answering every question with big smile. She also introduced me with Paul Wong who is very knowledgeable in Acura products. The price of the vehicle was lower than any other dealership. Overall, this is the greatest experience I have ever had buying a car. I appreciate it the fact that they treated me like family.
